Use

For welding 2205 duplex stainless steel

It is used for welding 17Cr-type stainless steel and can also serve as a transition layer for surfacing on martensitic stainless steel.

It is used for welding 06Cr13, 12Cr13, and 20Cr13 stainless steel structures, and can also be employed for wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant surfacing.

Welding or surfacing of niobium- or titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steels, with lower carbon content, exhibits superior resistance to intergranular corrosion.

Welding or surfacing of niobium- or titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steels delivers outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion and excellent high-temperature strength under moderate-to-high temperature corrosive environments ranging from 450°C to 900°C, as well as under thermal cycling conditions.

For welding 317L series austenitic stainless steel

Welding of 316H stainless steel is commonly performed in high-temperature environments.

It is used for welding or surfacing of 316L-series austenitic stainless steels, which have lower carbon content and superior resistance to intergranular corrosion.
