Use
Suitable for high-temperature-resistant products, such as high-temperature furnaces and coal coking equipment, and also applicable to the welding of dissimilar materials.
253MA is an economical rare-earth stainless steel welding electrode. It provides stable arc, easy slag removal, and minimal spatter. It also exhibits excellent high-temperature strength and outstanding corrosion resistance in dry environments.
Suitable for welding super duplex stainless steel 2507 or for surfacing corrosion-resistant layers on the inner walls of pressure vessels.
Welding of acid-resistant and heat-resistant Cr17 stainless steel structures, as well as a transition layer for overlay welding on martensitic stainless steel.
Used for welding and repair of ASTM CA6NM cast steel, Cr13-type martensitic stainless steel, continuous casting rolls, valve seats, and similar applications.
It is used for welding 410 or 420 series stainless steels, which exhibit high hardenability and excellent high-temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance. Applications include wear- and corrosion-resistant components in hydropower stations and valves, as well as surfacing and repair of equipment in oil refining and chemical processing.
Suitable for AISI 409 ferritic stainless steel, as well as ASTM CA6NM cast steel and similar materials such as 410, 410S, and 405 base metals, particularly for welding automotive exhaust systems and mufflers.
