Advanced Technology & Materials Co., Ltd. Established  Based on the Metal Welding Research Laboratory of the former General Institute of Iron and Steel Research under the Ministry of Metallurgy, Antai Technology Co., Ltd. established its Welding Materials Division.

Tianjin Sainteagle Welding Co.,Ltd. Established A pilot production line for flux-cored welding wire has been successfully developed, enabling the continuous production of 1.2 mm-diameter fine-gauge flux-cored welding wire.  The first batch of titanium-type flux-cored welding wires developed and manufactured has successfully obtained mass-production certification from the China Classification Society. This marks the first domestically produced flux-cored welding wire product in China to receive formal certification from a classification society.

The laboratory has undertaken numerous national key projects in hydrogenation, nuclear power, and other fields, making significant contributions to critical technologies such as China’s first-of-its-kind refining and petrochemical equipment, primary welds in nuclear power plants, stainless steel surfacing, and nickel-based materials. It has also achieved remarkable results in aerospace and other sectors, thereby supporting the independent development of China’s major national equipment.
