Use

Super-austenitic stainless steel surfacing material, used for electroslag surfacing of the inner walls of pressure vessels such as petrochemical equipment and heat exchangers (first and second layers).

It is used for surfacing the corrosion-resistant layer on the inner walls of urea-grade equipment, exhibiting excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and yielding a fully austenitic surfacing metal after welding.

Single-layer electroslag surfacing material for the transition layer (first layer) on the inner wall of pressure vessels used in fertilizer production.

Used as the corrosion-resistant layer (second layer and above) for pressure vessel equipment such as urea synthesis towers, vaporizers, and heat exchangers in electroslag surfacing.

Used as the corrosion-resistant layer (second layer and above) for pressure vessel equipment such as urea synthesis towers, vaporizers, and heat exchangers in electroslag surfacing.

After single-pass surfacing, the weld meets the compositional requirements for 347 stainless steel. The weld bead is smooth and even, with easy slag removal and no defects such as undercut, porosity, or slag inclusion.

For the corrosion-resistant lining (second layer and above) of pressure vessels in petrochemical applications, such as electroslag surfacing, and for hydrogenation reactors.

For the corrosion-resistant lining (second layer and above) of pressure vessels in petrochemical applications, such as electroslag surfacing, and for hydrogenation reactors.

It is used for electroslag surfacing to form corrosion-resistant linings or tube-sheet layers (second layer and above) in pressure vessels for nuclear power, petrochemical, and other industries.
