Use

It is used for welding nickel–chromium–cobalt–molybdenum alloys, particularly for welding and surfacing of UNSN06617 alloy with other steels. It is also suitable for various high-temperature alloys that require high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance at 1150°C, such as UNSN8800 and UNSN08811, and can be used to weld cast high-nickel alloys as well.

For welding of similar nickel–molybdenum alloys, particularly UNSN10001; for welding of nickel–molybdenum composite alloys; and for welding of nickel–molybdenum alloys to steel and other nickel-based alloys.

It is used for welding low-carbon nickel–chromium–molybdenum alloys, particularly UNS N06455, as well as for dissimilar-material welding and the welding of other nickel-based alloys.

It is used for welding nickel-based and iron-nickel-based high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloys such as Incoloy 800H, Incoloy 825, and Incoloy 718, and is also suitable for welding Ni9% steel.

The deposited metal exhibits excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and crack resistance, and is primarily used for surfacing cladding on the hammer heads of small and medium-sized precision forging presses, for forming transition layers on the surfaces of large precision forging press hammer heads, and for surfacing cladding on the anvil faces of large and medium-sized hydraulic presses in metallurgical plants.

Equivalent to Hastelloy used internationally, it exhibits excellent crack resistance, outstanding heat and corrosion resistance, and high-temperature strength, making it suitable for the welding and surfacing of material reaction furnaces and associated components, valves, pump parts, and other equipment operating in HF media.

It is used for welding Inconel C276 alloy and other nickel–chromium–molybdenum alloys, enabling dissimilar steel welding between nickel-based alloys, stainless steels, and low-alloy steels.

It is suitable for welding nickel–chromium–molybdenum alloy series, particularly UNS N06625 alloy, as well as for dissimilar welding between Ni9% steel and steel with nickel-based alloys, and for surfacing welds on steel.

It is used for welding high-nickel–chromium base alloys such as UNS NO6690. It can also be employed for surfacing corrosion-resistant layers on low-alloy steels, stainless steels, and dissimilar metals.

It is used for welding nickel–chromium–iron alloys (UNS NO6600) or nickel-based high-temperature alloys operating at temperatures up to 900°C, and can also be employed for dissimilar-material welding among nickel-based alloys, iron–nickel-based alloys, stainless steels, and low-alloy steels.
