Use

0.5% Cr–0.5% Mo CO₂-shielded flux-cored wire with an acidic slag system, offering excellent welding process performance.

0.5% Mo-type CO₂-shielded flux-cored wire with an acidic slag system, offering excellent weldability and process performance.

Alkaline slag system, with 0.25% vanadium content and CO₂ shielding, yields weld metal with excellent ductility, toughness, and crack resistance.

For welding 1%Cr-0.5%Mo-V heat-resistant steel

This alkaline gas-shielded flux-cored wire is suitable for welding 1% Cr–0.5% Mo steels (such as 15CrMoR) and can be used with CO2 or mixed-gas shielding. It exhibits excellent crack resistance and very low diffusible hydrogen content, with a low-temperature impact energy of over 100 J at –10°C after heat treatment.

Primarily used as TIG welding consumables for 9%Cr–1%Mo–Nb–V–W steels such as P92 and T92.
