Thanks to its excellent corrosion resistance, superior fire performance, and strong wind resistance, stainless steel roofing has become a popular choice for high-rise buildings. Although other metallic materials initially offer good wind resistance when a building is first constructed, their wind resistance weakens over time as they begin to corrode.

We offer a wide variety of products with comprehensive specifications and high quality, including antique-style metal tiles, bamboo-section tiles, concealed-fastener tiles, large-wave tiles, small-wave tiles, deep-rib tiles, ridge tiles, sandwich panels, wall panels, floor slabs, canopy panels, perforated mesh panels, single-gloss and double-gloss finishes, matte finishes, large and small rolls, and flat panels. All these products can be manufactured in accordance with advanced international standards, industry standards, and enterprise standards. Our products come in thicknesses ranging from 0.15 mm to 2.5 mm and widths from 10 mm to 1,250 mm, offering a complete range of specifications. Our stainless steel roofing tiles and canopy panels are widely used for roofs of various buildings, providing excellent rust and corrosion resistance, long service life, and durability. The perforated mesh panels feature a smooth, sleek surface that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, making them ideal for ventilation, daylighting, anti-theft protection, and preventing flower pots or other items from falling from balconies.

To ensure that the mechanical properties of various stainless steel coils—such as yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, and hardness—meet the required standards, the stainless steel coils must undergo heat treatments including annealing, solution treatment, and aging treatment before delivery. The corrosion resistance of stainless steel coils primarily depends on their alloy composition (including chromium, nickel, titanium, silicon, aluminum, and other elements) and the microstructure within the coils themselves; among these factors, chromium plays the most significant role. Chromium boasts high chemical stability and can form a passive film on the steel surface, effectively isolating the metal from the external environment, protecting the steel plate from oxidation, and enhancing its corrosion resistance. Once this passive film is damaged, the corrosion resistance of the steel plate will decline.

Stainless steel coils are widely used in industries such as chemical processing, food, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, petroleum, and nuclear energy, as well as in construction, kitchenware, tableware, vehicles, and various components for household appliances.
